So, we are a little different but we’re so damn proud of it!

At The Bar Boy we pride ourselves on our all-inclusive service, which means we’ll plan and bring absolutely everything we need to host an incredible event! It also means no ‘hidden extra costs’ along the way but instead, PLENTY of great inclusions to ensure that your event is truly memorable! Such as glassware for the bar included (save some $$ on hire fees), a decent service time and some handy little extras at the bar. All that to say, we bloody LOVE little details, great service and happy guests! 🥳

THE BASIC BAR SERVICE

Think ‘basic’ not as in ‘simple’ but as in ‘they’ve thought of basically everything’ (yes, even the kitchen sink.)

STANDARD INCLUSIONS:

  • A ‘Shaker Sesh’ - we’ll have a chat about and design your unique service, including things such as the vibe, and drink recommendations. We’ll even help you ‘create your menu’ based on your drinks preferences and budget, and help with quantities so that all that will be left to do is click ‘submit order’.

  • Our early arrival at the venue to put the drinks in our bar fridge and get them chillin’

  • 8 hours of service (not including time spent setting up and packing down)

  • All required glassware for the bar (let us save you some $$ on glass hire fees)

  • Return trip travel to/from your venue (within 50km of the Perth metro area)

  • The setup and pack down of the bar

  • Bar staff for up to 80 guests

  • Collection and disposal of all recyclables

  • Collection and drop off of all 10c recyclables, with the donation of the funds to your chosen charity group

  • Those little but important bits and bobs (paper straws, napkins, ice etc)

  • A handy little self-serve filtered water station on the bar (with a selection of fancy, freshly dehydrated fruits, of course)

  • Our ‘Batch Please’ service - fresh filter coffee and a selection of teas (upon request)

  • Drinks menu design - the creation and/or printing of a drinks menu for the bar (if you need)

AND JUST FOR WEDDINGS:

  • Our ‘Ceremony Champers Service’ - a drink upon arrival for your guests to make them feel extra spesh (complete with some great background tunes and a second, smaller bar setup)

  • The ‘Wedding Party Celebration Pack’ - some cheeky beverages packed and ready to go for your photo sesh

  • Vendor care - we love looking after your vendors so we’ll take good care of them as well

  • Table service for ‘sit down’ OR roaming service for ‘cocktail style’ (so that your guests can enjoy more, and line up at the bar less)


    +PLUS plenty of little ‘I can’t believe you thought of that’ moments along the way

Current 2024 price: from $2150

This service is for those patrons who want something even more ‘OTT’. Think: signature cocktail, a dedicated ‘I do crew’ and gorgeous glassware!
In addition to all of the great things included in The Basic Bar Service, you’ll get all of these things as well…

THE BOUJEE BAR SERVICE

Good lookin glassware: get a serious glassware upgrade (and some extra bragging rights) for all included glassware.

The Signature Cocktail Service: you choose a cocktail and your 2 hours of service, and we’ll take care of the rest. And we’ll even help you think of a ‘punny’ name, if you like?

Some extra TLC: we’ll have a team member focus on and take extra special care of the couple and their ‘I Do Crew’.

We’re a little extra so why not help with extra? These can help to take your event from ‘next level’ to ‘okay, that’s enough now mate’.
Simply let us know what you might be interested in when we catch up, and we’ll include it in your quote…

The Bar Boy picks up: we can easily swing by and grab your drinks within the Perth metro area and make sure they make it to your event safe and sound. Just let us know when and where, and we’ll be there!

PRICE: $150

The Mixologist: keen for more cocktails? We’ll bring someone along to focus purely on that (and we’ll even provide the additional glassware).

PRICE: $80 per hour

More hands on deck: we’ll arrange an extra pair of hands (or 2) for weddings that have over 80 guests.

PRICE: $50 per hour (per staff member)

Additional travel: travel within 50km of the Perth metro area is included but an additional travel fee will apply for all events yonder. The fee simply covers travel time and expenses, and early arrival to your event.

PRICE: $1.50 per additional km
